Diego Utge

SVP & Chief Executive India

Mr. Diego Utge, joined Ingram Micro India Private Ltd. in March 2018 as Senior Vice President & Chief Country Executive. Prior to joining Ingram Micro India Private Ltd, he was Ingram Micro Brazil Vice President & Chief Executive, where he spent 7 years and was instrumental in improving the performance of the Company. Prior to join Ingram Micro Brazil, he was responsible for Vendor Management and Marketing for the Latin America Region. Mr.Utge has been with Ingram Micro for over 15 years and has multifunctional experience in Finance, Sales, Vendor Management and Marketing. Prior to joining Ingram Micro, he worked for PwC in the Financial Advisory practice. He has graduated in Administration & Finance from the Universidad Catolica Argentina, and has a post-graduate degree in Business Administration from UCEMA.




Sanjay Achawal

Executive Director - Sales

Sanjay Achawal, Executive Director has rich and diversified experience for the past 26 years across various functions such as Sales, Marketing, Service, Credit Control, Operations and thereby has a good cross functional understanding of the business. After having managed the Sales and Marketing role for Strategic Business Unit and Enterprise Business Unit, he is currently head of Core Business Unit at Ingram Micro with a large portfolio of IT Vendors. Achawal has earned a Bachelors Degree in Electrical Engineering and Post Graduation in Management from University of Mumbai. He is based out of Mumbai.

Prabhakar Iyer

Chief Finance Officer

Prabhakar Iyer is the Chief Finance Officer (CFO) of Ingram Micro India. He has been with the organization for last nine years. He is a Commerce and Law graduate from Mumbai University and Fellow Chartered Accountant of ICAI. He has over three decades of experience in the finance domain of diverse industries. Prabhakar was working with Reliance Retail Limited as their CFO prior to joining us. He has held senior level responsibilities in reputed organizations like Sony BMG, Marico Industries, Lupin Laboratories, Essar Ports and has played significant role in Business finance & MIS, Controls & compliances, Syndication of funds and implementation of SAP in these organizations.  He is currently based at the corporate office in Mumbai, India.




Bindra Navneet Singh

Director -Enterprise Business Group

Bindra Navneet Singh joined Ingram Micro in May 2003 as Head of Systems and Peripherals Group. He holds a honours degree in Electrical Engineering from IIT Roorkee and MBA from Faculty of Management Studies, Delhi University. He has wide experience of over two decades in IT industry and has handled multiple functions likemarketing, sales and business operations, apart from driving various organization wide initiatives. He worked in companies like Godrej, Wipro, Redington, LG, and Bharti before joining Ingram. He is based out of Mumbai.

 



Srinivasan Ravindran

Director - Operations

Srinivasan Ravindran joined Ingram Micro in 1999 as General Manager Operations and is based out of Chennai. With over 22 years of experience in the area of Supply chain spanning Manufacturing, Projects, and Distribution Industry, Srinivasan posses extensive experience in business processes and has demonstrated his ability to enhance customer experience. He has had challenging assignments with TVS Electronics Ltd, Micro Land Ltd prior to joining Ingram Micro. Srinivasan has earned a Bachelors degree of Engineering.

   

Nagendrapal Goel

Director & Company Secretary

 

Nagendra Pal Goel joined Ingram Micro in 2015 as Director Legal & Company Secretary and  is based at the corporate office in Mumbai, India. He received his B. Com and LLB degree from University of Delhi and Fellow Member of Institute of Company Secretaries of India. He has a total experience of more than 20 years in various capacities in FMCG, B2B, Manufacturing and Distribution Company before joining Ingram Micro.

He is specialized in Contracts, Compliance, Regulatory, Joint Venture, M&A, Litigation, Employment Laws, Greenfield Projects, Corporate Laws, Corporate Governance.


 


John Kannath

Executive Director - Human Resources

 

John joined the Ingram family in June 2016. He is leading the people practices and driving the transformational change. He is based at Mumbai. John brings well rounded experience from HR into business operations. Having worked with Manufacturing, IT, ITES and Telecom Sectors in many HR roles, he has huge exposure on working with the very best leadership, process, policies and culture in the corporate world. The experience ranges from Talent Acquisition, Talent Development, Talent Management, Global Mobility, Business Operations, Transition, , Human resources Operations, Global HR Shared Services Set up, HR Information Systems, Compliance in India Region and Middle East Regions He has also extensively worked with Trade Unions in the Textile sector and in the Telecom sector.




Harish Laddha

Director -Cloud Sales

Harish Laddha serves as Director – Cloud Sales, India. In this position, he is responsible for achieving the mid-to-long term vision for the highly strategic cloud business in India. His responsibilities include achieving accelerated growth and profitability, identifying new vendor relationships and building a GTM with them, achieving  and realizing P & L goals, overseeing customer acquisition, business development and partner enablement activities. He was named to the position in Jan 2015.Prior to this role, Harish most recently served as the Director – Product Management for the strategic business group (SBG) at Ingram Micro, India.  SBG was focused on building internal service capabilities around Cloud services, Education ( Training ), Professional Services as well as build a portfolio of products in the growing adjacent markets of AIDC / POS and Surveillance. In this role he excelled at identifying and capitalizing on early market trends that resulted in significant revenue growth and profitability contribution. Before joining Ingram Micro, Harish spent eight years with Tech Pacific Group, starting in 1996 and serving in various roles including sales, business development and product management. During this time he handled various verticals including components, supplies and peripherals.During a 2 year stint at Tata Communications (2008-10), he shaped the partner strategy and GTM to build a more robust business model with focus on building revenues and improving partner health & contribution to business

Harish earned a Bachelor’s degree in Electronics & Telecommunications in 1993 from MIT, Pune  and an MBA in 1996 from NMIMS, Mumbai, both premier Indian institutes. 

 

 

 

 

 

Blasé D’Souza

Director - Materials

 

 

 

Blasé D’Souza is the Director - Materials responsible for the Procurement, Supply Chain and relationship with Customs and allied Government Departments. Blasé is based at the head office in Mumbai. He is in this position since July, 2008. While managing the international logistics and supply chain his key focus is on cost efficiencies and delivery in the shortest possible time.

Blasé spends significant time working with the Dept. of Customs and other government departments so as to streamline and simplify procedures, support government initiatives to automate the process of filing of custom documentation, collection of revenue and delivery of goods thus bringing significant reduction in the overall cost of movement of goods across borders.

Prior to this role Blase was the General Manager – Materials at Ingram Micro when he was responsible for the Procurement from all Vendors and supported all business requirements.

Before joining Ingram Micro, Blasé spent 9 years with Tech Pacific, starting in 1995 as Manager - Materials and was later promoted as General Manager – Materials where he helped the organization grow to the largest distributor of IT products in India. Ingram Micro acquired Tech Pacific in 2004, and Blasé took charge of the joint operations integrating processes of Tech Pacific with Ingram Micro.

Prior to his work with Ingram Micro and Tech Pacific, Blase worked for 2 years in Godrej, a large diversified Indian conglomerate. Earlier, he worked in the Pharma Industry with Burroughs Wellcome India Pvt. Ltd, 6 years in the Electronics industry with Philips India ltd and began his career working in the Heavy Engineering Industry with Richardson Cruddas Ltd where he was responsible for their Import & Export activities.
Blasé completed his bachelor’s degree in Commerce from the Mumbai University in 1982 and Management Studies from Xaviers Institute of Management, Mumbai in 1990.
